The Investment Property segment is engaged in the business of leasing office and retail shops in two commercial buildings acquired in Osaka Japan. Its hotel and property investments Mercure Maldives Kooddoo Hotel, Pullman Maldives Maamutaa Resort, Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong and others.
