RHT is the first business trust with an initial portfolio comprising healthcare assets in India to be listed on the Main Board of the SGX-ST. RHT's investment mandate is principally to invest in medical and healthcare assets and services in Asia, Australasia and emerging markets in the rest of the world. RHT may also develop medical and healthcare assets. The Trustee-Manager's key objective is to provide Unitholders with an attractive rate of return for their investment through stable and regular distributions to Unitholders and to achieve long term growth in distributions and net asset value (“NAV”). RHT's initial portfolio comprises 11 clinical establishments held by RHT (“RHT Clinical Establishments”), four clinical establishments to be developed (“Greenfield Clinical Establishments”) and two hospitals managed and operated by RHT (“Operating Hospitals”) located across India (“Initial Portfolio”).
