The Retail segment is involved in the business of retailing and operating of departmental stores. It has interests in approximately 564,000 square meters of retail and office investment properties in gateway cities in the People's Republic of China (PRC), such as Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Chengdu, as well as Singapore, London and Australia. It has about two stores in Singapore under its flagship brands, such as Metro Paragon and Metro Causeway Point, Woodlands.
