International Cement Group Ltd. is a Singapore-based company, which is primarily involved in the production, sale and distribution of cement and related products. The Company's segment includes Aluminium division, Cement division and others. The Aluminium division segment is engaged in undertaking of aluminum architectural contracts and engineering works and sub-contracting of building construction projects, and manufacturing of aluminum extrusions, and supply of all such related products. The Cement division segment is engaged in the production, sales and/or distribution of cement. Its other segment includes Investment holding division, which consists of investment in land and buildings for either development or capital appreciation purposes, and Building materials division, which includes production, sales, and distribution of gypsum plaster boards and related products. The Company operates a cement plant in Tajikistan with an annual production capacity of about 1.2 million tons.
