With good quality assets (mainly in US) and supported by a strengthening USD, this stock should reap immense rewards for shareholders who are patient. Currently stock is trading cum 2 cents (yield > 10%) and frankly this is a no brainer to buy in or to add.

Today is XD of 5 Cents which is 22% return on the last stock price. Interesting to see where the XD price ends up today on opening? may be 0.18 again!!!!!!!!!!!!
