of course in this case, fundamental factor is not in advantage as CWT got a good fundamental basis in long run.

from the chart, you can definitely see a downtrend after the previous uptrend which indicate overbought. if you look at MACD crossed, red bar go below 0 level, and MACD line fall below 0 level. It will definitely a downtrend with a certain volume. In this case MACD line is still above 0 level but show good short selling trend. :)
