Before market hours this morning, Frasers Centrepoint Trust (SGX:J69U), or FCT, released its financial results for the second half, as well as for the full-year ended 30 September 2021.
As this REIT is in my long-term investment portfolio (you can check out a list of all the companies I've invested in here - https://www.thesingaporeaninvestor.sg/my-personal-long-term-portfolio/), I have taken some time to study the documents posted, and in this post, you'll find my summary of the salient points to take note of regarding its latest set of financial results, portfolio occupancy and debt profile, along with its distribution payout to unitholders:

The quartet of Mapletree REITs will be releasing its second quarter results for the financial year 2021/22 ended 30 September 2021 over the next couple of days - starting with Mapletree Logistics Trust (which have just released its results after market hours yesterday), Mapletree Industrial Trust after trading hours today, Mapletree Commercial Trust on Wednesday (27 October), and Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust on Thursday (28 October.)
As I'm invested in all 4 Mapletree REITs, I'll be doing a review of each of them as and when their results are released, and post them on separate threads - for ease of reading and also for discussion (if there's anything you'd like to highlight.)
In today's post, you'll find my review (along with personal thoughts to share) about Mapletree Logistics Trust's latest set financial results, portfolio occupancy and debt profile, as well as distribution payouts declared for the current quarter under review:

Shortly after market hours this evening, pure-play data centre REIT in Keppel DC REIT (SGX:AJBU) reported its operational update for the third quarter ended 30 September 2021.
Even though the REIT have switched to reporting its full financial statements on a half-yearly basis, but in its latest update, it have provided some key profitability figures, which I'll be looking at in my post (where I'll be sharing a review of its latest update), along with its portfolio occupancy and debt profile:

Another REIT in my long-term investment portfolio (in Suntec REIT) have released its business update for the third quarter of the financial year 2021 ended 30 September 2021 before trading hours last Friday (22 October 2021).
Even though the REIT have switched to reporting its full financial statements on a half-yearly basis, it has still continued to payout a distribution to its unitholders on a quarterly basis (it definitely one who prefer to invest in REITs that payout a distribution on a more regularly basis to consider.)
In this post which I've written to review the REIT's latest business updates, you will read about its financial performance, portfolio occupancy and debt profile, as well as its latest distribution payout to unitholders:

Hope you find the contents within useful, and here's wishing all of you a great week ahead! :)

Apart from posting about new investments that I've made, for each and every company I've investments in, I will also post my reviews of their latest quarterly results as and when they become available.
On that note, I've just posted my review of blue-chip CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust's third quarter business updates (for the quarter ended 30 September 2021) - in particular, you will read about its latest financial performance (both on a q-o-q as well as on a y-o-y basis), along with its portfolio occupancy and debt profile, and you can find them in the post below:

Greetings! My name's Jun Yuan, from Singapore. I'm currently a full-time retail investor cum trader with about 3+ years of experience, and also the webmaster of The Singaporean Investor - a website which I've started to share about individual company analyses (those listed in Singapore, the United States, as well as Hong Kong) in a layman way so that newbie investors will find it easy to understand, my long-term investment portfolio (along with a review of the individual companies' quarterly results as and when they become available, along with summaries of AGMs and EGMs - by sharing all these, I'd like to share a point that portfolio building, as well as monitoring the "health" of our investments is not a difficult task), and also general advise about longer-term investing and shorter-term trading (based on my personal experiences.)
Speaking about moves that I've made in my long-term investment portfolio - I've added another blue-chip REIT in Keppel DC REIT, a pure-play data centre REIT, to my long-term investment portfolio yesterday, and have posted an article to share about the reasons why I've made the investment decision. You can read more about it here - https://www.thesingaporeaninvestor.sg/2021/10/13/new-portfolio-addition-keppel-dc-reit-sgxajbu/
I do hope you will find the contents presented useful, and I look forward to engage with fellow members of the investment forum. Cheers! :)
Do You Have Any Questions for SPH REIT Management?
2021-10-28 14:10 | Report Abuse
SPH REIT will be holding its AGM on Wednesday, 24 November 2021, at 2.30pm in the after, which I will be attending as a unitholder.
What I will be doing here (for the first time, and depending on the response I receive, I'll be doing something similar for future AGMs and EGMs I'll be attending) is that I'll be collating questions from fellow community members here (especially those of you who are not unitholders of the REIT) which you'd like to ask the management, and do it on your behalf. As such, if you have any questions, please feel free to let me know in the comments below. Also, please be as detailed as possible on your questions, and also let me know your reasons for the questions.
The deadline for submission of the questions will be this coming Sunday, 31 October 2021. I will then collate all the relevant questions (please note that I have the right to choose the questions to ask) and forward them to the management, along with my registration to attend the upcoming AGM.
