MT4 software not working, disabled or blank, what can I do?

If you encounter any difficulty or trouble with our software, please attempt the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Ensure you are using a Forex.com MT4 platform

2. Ensure your MT4 is connected to the internet

3. Ensure your MT4 account number is entered and updated in the member’s area MT4 account management:

4. Ensure correct expert advisor installation, and indicator installation. Check that the files are in the correct folders.

5. Restart your MT4

6. For indicators, it may take awhile to display so wait a moment. If indicators still do not display, reload the template or open a new chart.
