■ Low crude oil prices, slower China GDP underscore the need to boost palm oil demand; but Indonesian B15 export levy is negative to CY15F-16F earnings

■ Despite El Nino, vegetable oil prices lack near-term catalysts in our view; as soybean oversupply will last through next year

■ CY15F-17F CPO prices (US$ FOB) cut by 5-11%; FY15F/16F EPS cut by up to 55%

■ We upgrade WIL to BUY and continue to like BAL for its strong earnings growth prospects
