Global Testing - Treasure Chest Opening Up

Global Testing had an exceptional 1Q15. A capital reduction programme that will see a one-off 7.5 cents/share back to shareholders was announced and, going forward, management said regular dividends can be expected after accumulated losses are removed via the capital reduction. Maintain BUY with a revised SGD0.20 TP (from SGD0.17, 43% upside) with depreciation set to decrease sharply in the coming years, a bullish semi-conductor industry and potential dividends.
