Singapore Post: Cessation of CFO and Company Secretary
Singapore Post (SingPost) announced that its CFO, Mr. Daniel Phua, will cease to be CFO from a yet-to-be-announced date, for Mr. Phua to “pursue other career aspirations”. Mr. Phua was appointed as CFO only in Aug last year.
Meanwhile, Ms. Jacqueline Woo will also cease to be SingPost’s Group Company Secretary; her date of appointment to this position was in Nov last year.
We currently have a BUY rating with S$2.19 fair value estimate on SingPost.
