Soilbuild Construction Group said that it had been awarded $175.5 million worth of contracts, its largest since listing. The contracts were awarded for the development of a seven-storey multiple-user general industrial building located at 60 Jalan Lam Huat, and includes construction, completion and maintenance works, as well as excavation and earth works. The project is expected to commence in July, and be completed by 4Q2016. The group’s orderbook now stands at about $512.8 million, with deliveries stretching to 2016.
