In view of the above assessment, I believe their buy-back offer of $0.135 is well below its share value. Thus, I may not want to sell back to them. In this case, what happen to my shares when K1 is privatised and delisted from SGX? Would I be kept informed of the company announcement, performance, dividends, etc? I would appreciate your advice.
