Armada Group's associate China Satellite Mobile Communications Group Limited (CSMCG) signs reselling
cooperation agreement. CMSCG's strategic business partner China PTAC E-commerce Technology Co (PETC) has signed a mobile telecommunication reselling cooperation agreement with China Mobile. The two parties are currently in in-depth discussion and business planning with PETC providing cost-effective, affordable and user-friendly bundling solutions with traditional mobile telecommunication and Thuraya mobile satellite telecommunication. Upon the issuance of the permit, PETC will aggressively promote Thuraya's mobile satellite services, primarily as backup, to retail and corporate users.
