MIIF agrees to sell entire interest in Maoli Wind
MIIF agrees to sell entire interest in Maoli Wind. Macquarie's International Infrastructure Fund Limited today announced that it has agreed to sell its 100 percent interest in Maoli Wind for SGD94, 768. Following the divestment to Challenger Emerging Markets Infrastructure Fund Pte Ltd, there will be no further liability or obligation to MILF in relation to Maoli Wind. Miaoli Wind has been valued at zero since 31 December 2009 due to significantly lower than forecasted wind speeds. (SGX)
