Enviro-Hub proposed placement upon strong interest
Enviro-Hub proposed placement upon strong interest. Enivro-Hub announced that it had entered into a placement of 41m shares at a price of SGD0.11/share, representing 6.6% discount to the volume weighted average trading price of the shares on 17 June 2013. The placement decision came after the group saw strong interests from investors as they favoured the group's business prospects. The placement is expected to raise SGD4.5m and the proceeds will be used to 1) to fund acquisitions when such opportunities arise and to 2) strengthen the group's working capital.
