ST Engineering aerospace arm awarded 8-year component deal
ST Engineering aerospace arm awarded 8-year component deal. Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd's (ST Engineering) aerospace arm Singapore Technologies Aerospace Ltd (ST Aerospace) has been awarded an exclusive component Maintenance-By-The-Hour (MBH) contract by Spring Airlines Japan worth USD28m (around SGD32.25m). Under the agreement, ST Aerospace will provide component repairs support and warranty management for 22 of Spring Airline Japan's Boeing 737-800. The contract will commence in the second half of 2013 and will stretch over eight years.
