A‐Reit (S$2.730) Sell Goldin Logistics Hub
Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust (A‐Reit) has entered into an agreement with GKE Pte Ltd for the sale of Goldin Logistics Hub for $32mil. The sale price represents a 42.2% premium over the original purchase price of $22.5mil in 2007. The property, which had a book value of $24.6mil as at March 31, 2013, has 23 years left on its land tenure.
