Suntec Reit (S$1.980) DPUdown 9% inQ1
Suntech REIT reported DPU of 2.228 cents for 1Q13. Distributable income for the three months ended March was $50.3mil, 8.4% lower. Gross revenue during the quarter was 32.2% lower at $49.7mil. For the same period, net property income of $30.7mil was 37.4%. This was mainly due to the partial closure of Suntec City Mall and Suntec Singapore for the asset‐enhancement initiative (AEI) works.
