Otto Marine (S$0.087) Sells vesselforUS$50m
Otto Marine's shipyard has, through its subsidiaries, sold a multi‐purpose field support and ROV support Vessel named "Otto Explorer 3" to RY Offshore Ltd for about US$50mil (S$62mil). Otto Marine said it has received a US$1mil deposit from the buyer, with the balance to be paid when it has delivered the vessel to
the buyer. Otto Marine expects the transactions to affect its FY13 consolidated NTA pershare or EPS positively.
