Singapore REITs - Rental Upcycle but Growth Fully Priced In

We turn incrementally bearish on REITs, cutting our price targets by 8% on average as we believe current valuations imply overly bullish growth in spot rents. Downgrade CCT (OW->EW) and ART (EW->UW).
