Mapletree Logistics Trust - Bumpy road ahead

MLT's FY3/15 results were in line with our estimates, with 12M DPU accounting for 95% of our forecast. Future occupancy at its Singapore portfolio is expected to dip as MLT converts more of its properties from STBs to MTBs. With both margins and occupancy expected to come under pressure, we expect MLT to rely on inorganic growth to make up for the potential weakness. Given the bumpy outlook, we maintain our Hold rating with an unchanged DDM-based target price of S$1.30.
