Genting Hong Kong - 2014: Calmer Waters

GENHK's 2014 results disappointed at Star Cruises and Travellers International (RWM). Industry trends (rising competition in the Asian cruise market, slowing Chinese gambling spend and rising competition in Manila IRCs) continue to temper its outlook. While we expect the stock to be well supported by its current low valuation, upside may be capped by a major expansion gambit. Maintain HOLD. Target price: US$0.38. Entry price: US$0.35.
