Libra Group - A Stellar FY14

Libra recorded a stellar FY14, justifying our expectation for a complete turnaround. Maintain BUY, as we lift our TP to SGD0.30 (from SGD0.27) based on a 4.3x FY15 P/E and implying a 25% upside. FY14 profit surged more than tenfold to SGD5.24m, exceeding our FY15 expectation by 2.7%. A dividend of SGD1.2 cents/share was also declared for FY14. Its orderbook has also risen to SGD121m as of 31 Dec 2014, which more than covers our FY15F topline.
