SGREIT announced another stable quarter, with the 3QFY14 results in line with our forecasts. Overall, its portfolio remained strong, though the positive growth continued to be dampened by weaker earnings contribution from Japan and China, coupled with loses from the translation of foreign currencies.
Given the lack of near-term growth drivers, we maintain our Hold rating, with an unchanged DDM-based (discount rate: 8.2%) target price of S$0.82.
