■ 40% Rerating - Global equities have rerated from 12x to 17x since September
2011 on a trailing PE basis. Global EPS have been flat over the period.
■ No Double Dip - We think that shares prices were pricing in a double dip in 2011.
The 40% rally since then has priced it out.
Ultra-low interest rates and QE have
helped to support profits and push capital into equities.
