We maintain our BUY rating on k1 Ventures, which will be reporting its full year results in the weeks ahead. Arising from
the gain from the sale of its MMR shares, we are projecting a final dividend of 1.0-1.5 cents, translating to a yield of 5.7-
8.6% at current levels.
We have a TP of SGD0.24 based on a 20% discount to its SOTP valuation of SGD0.30. Successful
exits and cash distributions should serve as catalysts for the stock price to narrow its discount with SOTP valuation.
