Overseas Union Enterprise (OUE) is looking to raise $614 million by listing a real estate and business trust. The property firm lodged a preliminary prospectus for the initial public offering of OUE Hospitality Trust with the Monetary Authority of Singapore on Wednesday.
The offer price is expected to be between 88 cents and 90 cents per stapled security. OUE will offer 434,598,000 such securities to the public and institutions, of which about 51.1 million will be for the retail investors. Another 247,220,000 will go to cornerstone investors.
