1. Listing Statistics''
For the Far East H-Trust IPO, 329,366,000 stapled securities are being offered at S$0.93 each. An over-allotment option of stapled securities is available and up to S$717.6m in gross proceeds will be raised through the offering. Each stapled security comprises a unit in Far East H-REIT and a unit in Far East H-BT.
61,800,000 of the offer stapled securities will be available to the public and 267,566,000 via placement. The total number of outstanding stapled securities immediately after the completion of the offering will be 1,603,888,000.
