SINCAP Group, a gypsum mining company in China's Shangdong Province, has launched its initial public offering for a listing on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange.''
The company, which is also a trader of primarily alumina and coal, is offering 32.5 million shares - comprising 25.5 million new shares and seven million vendor shares - at 20 cents apiece.
It hopes to raise $5.1 million in gross proceeds from its new shares.''
