With regards to the proposed amalgamation between Biosensors International Group and CB Medical Holdings, much time was needed due to the novelty of the amalgamation and resulting discussions, representations and submissions. The Securities Industry Council (SIC) has given its ruling to extend the Original Effective Date Deadline (10 Feb-16) to 10 Apr-16 (Extended Effective Date Deadline). The company also plans to release the 2QFY16 and 3QFY16 results no later than 19 Feb-16. We have previously recommended investors to accept the offer.
