As I did my homework on Sunday night, I noticed UOB is showing bearish divergence with a false upside breakout.
I worked up a trade plan and was going to short at $24.35 after the open.
When trading started on Monday at 9am, a phone rang – it was a reader who had attended my gathering asking me some questions about my training course.
By the time we finished our conversation, UOB slide even lower to $24.29. Looking at the UOB chart, it will sank even lower.
Immediately, I shorted at $24.29 and set my cover short at $24.00/$24.08.
At 15:28 hrs, UOB sank and triggered my cover short.
It was delightful bearish divergence and It will continue the downtrend.
But I am a rabbit hunter. My son will have drumstick for his dinner.
Look forward to another trade if I see opportunity.
In the meantime, trade well and trade safe.
Best wishes,
