The SPY has recovered as expected from the correction once again but I recommend to still trade with reduced size as most of the stocks have not been showing strength despite the SPY’s strong recovery. This could be due to bigger component stocks of the SPY staging a stronger recovery, but from a broad market perspective this may not be the case. Valuations are also not terribly attractive now; so my focus would be mainly on trading rather than investing itself.
