BANGKOK- Another consulting company HVS is entering into the extremely competitive Thai hotel consulting market.
Consulting and valuation company HVS is arriving in Bangkok. Christian Pucher heads the new HVS Bangkok hotel consulting and valuation office but him and his team will directly report to Managing Director Daniel Voellm in Hong Kong,. HVS Bangkok will offer hotel owners, operators, developers and investors in the region services including: development feasibility and market studies, operator search, valuation, strategic consulting, technical services, asset management, investment advisory and tailored services.
At the inaugural evening launching the company Daniel Voellm shared its excitement of having finally in Bangkok "We are very proud to expand our presence in Asia with the addition of the Bangkok office. This will enable us to further develop our local market expertise and more closely serve our clients in Thailand and the broader region."
HVS move into Thailand is due to the exceptional growth that Thailand is experiencing for its tourism: "Thailand remains the number one tourist destination in Asia and continues to attract an increasing number of visitors from across the world. At the same time, Thai companies are heavily involved in the hotel real estate business, both domestically and abroad", said Mr. Voellm.
"Bangkok is an important hub for business in this region with easy access to Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam. HVS Bangkok is here to act as a thought leader and help support and advice players in the industry on hotels, resorts, serviced apartments and branded residences.
