Market Review for STI:
Share opened lower with the Straits Times Index down 16.7 points to 3,307.43. The unemployment rate in Singapore rose unexpectedly in the last quarter. Singapore Ministry of Manpower said that Singaporean Unemployment Rate rose to 2.0%, from 1.9% in the preceding quarter. It's affected the Singapore stock market.

Oil prices fell more than two per cent to 5 1/2-year lows early, on concerns about supply glut and slower global growth, feeding fears. It will take time to regain the buying pressure in the market and the bearish rally may continue in the next trading session.
