Business Background

Centurion Corporation Limited, an investment holding company, engages in the accommodation and optical storage media manufacturing businesses in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, the United Kingdom, and internationally. The company operates through Workers Accommodation, Student Accommodation, and Optical Disc segments. The Workers Accommodation segment provides dormitory accommodation and services for workers. The Student Accommodation segment offers accommodation and services for students. The Optical Disc segment manufactures, replicates, and sells compact discs, digital versatile discs, data storage products, and related components. The company also provides laundry and dry cleaning services; and management services. In addition, Centurion Corporation Limited invests in properties. Further, it operates as a trustee for two trusts in Australia, as well as operates a RMIT village; and offers utilities and transportation services to dormitories. As of December 31, 2016, the company had a portfolio of 22 operational accommodation assets totaling 63,200 beds. The company was founded in 1981 and is headquartered in Singapore. Centurion Corporation Limited is a subsidiary of Centurion Properties Pte Ltd.
