Management could not complete the Stanmore acquisition as minorities would not sell. Ravenswood will not make as much money as they hoped and will not save them. They will loose $200 million in 2020 but still post positive credit rating on website. Dishonest.

Big losses from coal this year for Golden Energy. No cash and no more bank loans. They will loose $200 million in 2020 and have no money. Staff and contractors not being paid.

Cannot repay bank debt and cannot raise more money. Stock will drop on any volume.
