Finally by selling Sabah & Bulugan lands its debt further pared down below Rm100 millions

6) CPO now over Rm3,600 to Rm4,200 range very good for TSH as its cost of operation only Rm2,000 to Rm2,200 per ton

Plus high CPO prices augur well for TSH as well as all Palm Oil Listed Companies

7) Best of all TSH RESOURCES has 94,700 Acres of Palm Oil lands located in IKN NUSANTARA the NEW ADMIN CAPITAL OF INDONESIA

Its book Value as low as Rm5,000 per acre bought in year 2008 (15 years ago) With New Found Optimist by the Change pf name to IKN NUSANTARA TSH Land prices have now gone up many times
